Blue C Sushi Celebrates International Sushi Day with a Free Roll

WHAT:            Blue C Sushi celebrates International Sushi Day, a holiday created by and dedicated to sushi lovers. From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at any of the six Seattle locations, guests will receive a free sushi roll by saying the keyword “Blue.”

The International Sushi Roll, the Sekai Roll, was created by Jeffrey Lunak, the former Corporate Chef for “Iron Chef” Morimoto. The exclusive roll features Tahitian Yellowfin Tuna, Japanese Yellowtail, Kimchi Cucumber, Toasted Pine Nuts, Jalapeño, Curried Korean Chili Flakes and Soy Sesame Oil. The Sekai Roll joins Blue C Sushi’s all-new menu featuring raw and cooked sushi, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
